Nurturing Spirit Doula and Massage

Prenatal massage will focus on the special needs of mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. 

An additional 15 minutes is added to this massage to focus on relieving scalp tension. This can be a great service for those who work a desk/computer job, or those suffering from chronic headaches due to toxic load, hormones, and/or upper cervical or occipital tension. A soothing blend of peppermint, tea tree, and rosemary oils is used to relieve tension and stimulate nerve endings.
